A site appraisal is a key early stage assessment.  We can review potential development opportunities and identify risks or challenges to overcome. 

We will assess the site and surrounding area, review the policy framework, and examine local planning site history.

We will manage your planning application from start to finish. We will devise the strategy and advise whether a pre-application stage is recommended with the Local Planning Authority. We will confirm the information required to support an application, co-ordinate the preparation and submission, and strive to achieve planning consent as swiftly as possible. 

We can assist with site promotion through the Local Plan, working to secure a site allocation for your land. We can undertake reviews of Local Plan documents, respond to consultations, participate at Local Plan examinations, shape and deliver strategies throughout the plan preparation period.

Not every application needs planning permission. The General Permitted Development Order (GPDO) permits an extensive range and type of developments, including changes of use, residential and commercial extensions and renewable energy technology.
