Previously education use on the site. Permission granted for 56 apartments and Class E unit. Scheme required assessment of community uses to support change to residential.
Permission granted for 1,280 homes (35% affordable), new retail superstore, Crossrail Station entrance, 3FE primary school, and community facilities. Required close working with the LPA and GLA.
Permission secured on greenfield (part green belt) for 1,200 homes (40% affordable), local centre, 6FE secondary school, 2FE primary school, and community facilities. Included preparation of adopted Supplementary Planning Document.
Modern office development providing 49,000 sq ft of Grade A office space with lifestyle facilities incorporated for staff including, brasserie restaurant, bar/lounge, multi-storey atrium with feature staircase and gymnasium with changing facilities
Refurbishment and extension of a residential property and artists studio. Located in one of London's most prestigious and heritage sensitive boroughs, careful consideration to preserve and enhance historic features.
Change of Use from office to residential. The PD conversion submitted and approved under Class MA . Ensuring compliance with space standards, lighting and parking requirements.
Planning support provided for education use and development options across school campus sites. Included improved facilities, extensions to school buildings, alterations and signage.
A planning application for a single house plot on a vacant site formerly used for storage.
